A System or Sampling Station has the purpose of taking a representative sample of a determined material that needs to be analyzed. The system must comply with national and international standards and operational requirements.
A correct system must be designed in all its components according to the plant conditions.

There are four types of systems:

1. SLURRY SAMPLING SYSTEM

It is installed in the discharges of pipes or launders in order to take the entire flow of a stream. Its configuration can be of several sampling stages, depending on the flow and the variability of the material.

Its main installation points in a plant are Feed, Final Concentrate and Tailings.

The design and supply capacity can reach up to 22,000 m³ / hr.

2. ORE SAMPLING SYSTEM

It is installed in the discharge of conveyor belts or in the transfer point of these. Its configuration depends on the tonnage and characteristics of the material. Consider samples for chemical and granulometric analysis.

Its main points of installation are feed to plant and purchasing power among others.
The design and supply capacity can reach up to 10.000 TPH, and a particle size up to 4″.

3. CONCENTRATE SAMPLING SYSTEM

It is installed in the discharge of conveyor belts or in the transfer point of these. Its configuration depends on the tonnage and characteristics of the material. Consider samples for chemical analysis and wet.

Its main points of installation are the unloading of filters, dispatch and reception of materials, such as shipping ports.
The design and supply capacity can reach up to 5,000 TPH, and wet up to 12%.

4. SOLUTION SAMPLING SYSTEM

It is installed directly in the pipeline of a solution. Its configuration depends on the flow and client requirements.

Its main installation points are in PLS lines and homogeneous solutions.

The design and supply capacity can reach up to Ø10 “and with low PPM.
