TecProMin S.A. (Acronym in spanish for Mineral Processing Technology S.A.) was founded in Santiago, Chile in january, 1984, to act as specialized representative of several equipment foreign suppliers for minerals processing, chemical reagents and other consumables especially commercialized for the ore benefit market.

TecProMin was mainly created to meet the arising needs derived from the uncovered space the market structure for mining equipment and consumable supply was experiencing. Traditionally, mining equipment as well as the consumables were supplied by large-size commercial companies, that  for decades represented multidisciplinary lines commercializing all kind of products, not only for mining and mineral industries but also for textile, construction and chemical industries.

To respond to this, the strategy of TecProMin is based on:

• Highly specialized marketing function, exercised mainly by metallurgical and chemical engineers, with wide experience in the mineral processing, and solid academic instruction besides high level expertise based on practical knowledge obtained from years of experience as plant operators.
• Strong technical support to customers during all the  project stages, from conceptual engineering up to the installation and start-up of the equipment.  Additionally, permanent assistance in mineral plants operation by providing support in optimization of metallurgical results and operation troubleshooting.
